Ships Cake is a bespoke cake workshop based in Ouakam, Cité Comico, Dakar.
The workshop
Since 2017 we have been making cakes in Dakar that give your precious moments a flavour of their own.
Every creation starts with a story, a wish, someone to celebrate… and becomes a cake imagined for you alone.

How we work
We offer a selection of models you can choose from directly. You can also send us an inspiration, or a design you like: we will draw on it to create a cake of your own.
Every creation is made by hand, and may therefore show slight differences. We do not make exact copies, but a personal interpretation of your inspiration.

Taste
For us, a beautiful cake has to taste as good as it looks. Flavour, texture and freshness matter to us as much as appearance.
Quality
Every detail counts. We choose our ingredients with care and hold each creation to a high standard, so your cake is worthy of the occasion.
Emotion
A cake belongs to a moment that matters. A birthday, a wedding, a christening… We want each creation to be part of the memories you keep, and like to share.
